So how do you choose the right one?
You should choose your skateboard based on your standard: novice, intermediate or expert. There's a whole range of skateboards out there, from beginner boards for younger kids to technical boards for old hands.
Oxelo offers three types of skateboard depending on your standard:
FOR EXPERTS: Riding in the skate park A very concave deck for more advanced boarding
FOR INTERMEDIATES: Learning tricks A medium, slightly concave deck for messing around in the skate park

PLAY 3 skateboard: It is slightly smaller in size and the slanted bearings limit the speed to limit the risk of falling off - perfect for younger kids. This skateboard is aimed at children aged between 4 and 7 years who want to learnt to balance.
MID 3 beginners' skateboard: The steering components (trucks, wheels and bearings) improve the sturdiness, glide and ease of handling. This skateboard is designed for kids aged 4 to 10 who want to learn to skate, turn and do a few tricks.
MID 5 skateboard: This board is sturdy so that your child can learn their 1st tricks. This skateboard is aimed at kids aged over 10 who are intermediates and learning to ride in a skate park.
TEAM skateboard: This skateboard is dynamic, fast, manoeuvrable, and allows riders to perform all the tricks that can be done on a skateboard. The Team model is designed for teenagers and adults who have more experience.
