Gym, parks, in my housing society, at the station. I can workout anywhere. I always find some excuse to do it.
I've never taken New Year Resolutions until the beginning of 2017 when I decided to join Cross Training. While taking a late night walk near my house, I discovered the sport in a cross training center. The different tyre flips and circuits gave me a strange adrenaline rush and I decided then and there to try it. I lost around 25kgs in a year after I took it up. This year's resolution is to keep putting the same effort and energy to increase my strength.
Crosstraining is performed in groups, which gives me the real picture of where I stand and what are the different things I need to work on. While discovering the strengths of others, you discover your own too. It's fun to work out in a group because of the competitive energy that keeps you motivated to continue without stopping and come back the next day.
That's the beauty of Crosstraining. You get inspired everyday with the people you workout with. Sometimes it's someone who completes a workout first and tops the leaderboard and other times it's someone else who does something incredible. All of this keeps inspiring you to do better.

- I will also follow a healthy diet, eat green leafy veggies, eggs, sprouts, and chicken for a lean body. A balanced amount of carbs and fats also since my body type is that of an endomorph.
- Last but not least, I'll stay hydrated.

There are many difficulties. The family, society, body shamers.
To not let myself get bothered by it and instead be a little selfish.
