What do you find are the biggest stumbling blocks and what are the best ways you’ve found to overcome them?

Time is a problem and as I've already mentioned earlier, waking up is again a very big problem for me. These two things do stand as stumbling blocks on my way.

What keeps me going is that whenever I am training I just never ever give up. I keep going even If I am feeling under the weather or anything else. Music helps me to a big extent. I listen to Eminem all the time. It helps 100% to pump me up.

No matter you're sad or unhappy, you go to the gym, you feel good about yourself. This helps you mentally tremendously.

What would you have done differently if you knew then what you know now?

If I had been regular for at least 1 hour a day, I think I would have achieved what I wanted by now. Regularity is the key to success.

What Surprising lessons have you learnt along the way?

To deal with things realistically. I thought working out was only associated with the body but I was surprised to discover that whenever I don't feel well, I go to the gym. It's easier to deal with other problems in life. You go to the gym, you lift weights, you feel strong. You have the strength to fight everything.

Any Experience that Sticks Out for You?

In my first three months of training, I went from being a lean guy to someone who bulked up quite a bit. I would be asked questions like, "Are you taking proteins?"

Everything is in our mind. What you think you become.

What's Next for You?

I still have to look like  Lazar Angelov and while I work in Decathlon, I wish to make good use of this opportunity and play every sport possible.

I already Cycle and do Cross Training. I am happy to spread sports to more people. I am convinced that If I like practicing so much, people will like it too. The goal is alway go to from fit to the fittest.
