Ingredients 

  • 50g of pecan nuts
  • 3 dried figs
  • 1 spoon of vanilla casein


Preparation

  • Cut the figs into small pieces and let them soak in 120ml of hot water for 1 hour
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C
  • Mix the pecan nuts, casein and figs, while adding the soaking water
  • Form small balls that you flatten in the palm of your hand and place them on a tray covered with a sheet of baking paper
  • Bake the protein biscuits for 15 minutes, checking them regularly. If the biscuits swell too much, open the oven to make them fall. Repeat if necessary until the biscuits are golden brown.
