Ingredients

  • 2 doses of whey vanilla
  • 5 cooked chestnuts
  • 3 cs of coconut milk
  • 1 or 2 cs of water
  • 1 cc vanilla extract
  • 35g of dark chocolate

Preparation

  • Mix the whey 9 vanilla with the chestnuts
  • Add the coconut milk and vanilla. Mix.
  • The mixture should look like wet sand. Add water if necessary
  • Pour the mixture into a square baking dish and tamp to obtain a compact paste
  • Cut your paste into 4 bars
  • Melt the chocolate with some water,
  • coat your bars with melted chocolate. It’s ready!
