Ingredients

  • 1 whole egg
  • 2 doses of whey chocolate
  • 30g of chestnut flour
  • 20g of unsweetened cocoa
  • 1/2 sachet of yeast
  • some skimmed milk (just to give a smooth dough)

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 200°
  • mix the egg with the whey, then add the flour and yeast
  • add the milk gradually while the dough is too solid
  • add the cocoa powder
  • put the dough in small muffin moulds
  • bake for 15 - 20 minutes at 200°C
