Ingredients

  • 150g of cooked shelled chestnuts
  • 20g of skimmed milk powder
  • 1 cup of whey vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cc of baking powder

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C
  • Mix the chestnuts with the eggs
  • Add the milk powder, whey 9 and yeast. Mix again to obtain a smooth paste
  • Pour the mixture into 4 small cake moulds
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
